The tour and services were very professional and commendable, however, being a city dweller, I personally found Mendoza slightly boring. The chosen hostel was clean with very friendly and helpful staff.
The transfer didnt pick me up when I arrived in Mendoza. The hostel didnt have the room available that I paid for. On the first night, I had to sleep in different room. They said that they would make up for their mistakes by giving me a bottle of Mendoza wine, but I didnt get it.
