We were met at the airport by a very courteous driver (he was about 5 minutes late), and he took our bags for us. Unfortunately, his cab was a standard compact car, and we had to put 2 of our bags in the back seat, instead of the trunk. He didn't know a word of English, but was very courteous and got us to our hotel with no problems.

Driver wasn't English speaking although booking voucher said English speaking. Car was parked at far end of car park so had to drag bags across airport poorly lit, rough uneven car park. Car was clean and driver was quite safe although he did seem a little confused about where we were going.

I checked around to see what available prearranged shuttle available online and decided using viator because of limited options. However, when I arrived, the local transport operator wasn't at the airport to receive us. We decided on taking a taxi.
It's cheaper to using a local taxi as they normally charge around USD30.00 per car. Also, check with the hotel if you are staying at one to see if they can prearrange as their prices were even less than USD30.00 in each direction. As always, do you research and read other reviews for guidance.

When we arrived at the airport, we found the sign and were told that we had to wait to get our transfer- in all about 15mins. This would have been ok, except that we discovered that we could have taken a taxi for nearly half the price!!! Most hotels can arrange transfers for around $130 pesos per car. I wouldnt recommend this service for that reason.

The car was not at the airport when we arrived and did not arrive until about 45 after we got our bags and cleared customs. I do not recommend this company. There were plenty of cabs readily available and I think that they were less expensive also.

I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes in the hallway because your contact claimed they were waiting for the driver to come from the parking lot then we went outside and waited another 15 minutes for the driver to come I would never use this service again.

Driver spoke no English and was trying to ask us for more money. A bit daunting when you just arrive in a foreign country and haven't been there before. Our itinerary for this service indicated all charges were paid for and no additional money was required to be paid to the driver.
