Excellent service the chauffeur was on time to pick us and was very friendly.
Service was convenient and punctual. However, for departure I found myself wondering if a taxi would have been much less expensive and more flexible as regards time.
Superb. Taxi was a comfortable car in good condition (unlike most Buenos Aires taxis!). Driver arrived early and pointed out the main sights of the city and told us about its history (in Spanish) as we went.
used arrival and departure transfers,after the long flight from uk to buenos aires walking through arrivals and being taken to hotel was great. Departure pick up was on time and would definitely use this viator service again. Easy and great service
The driver who transported us to the airport was prompt, well dressed, and spoken enough English for communication of our air line.
Driver was late due to some police control, it happens but they should give a reliable phone number to know what happens, we were nearly to leave with a taxi for the airport
He arrived early and did not know our last name. We were not in the lobby (half hour early) and could not ask for us at the desk.

They allow 2 hours at airport but you need more to get through immigration comfortably. Driver very pleasant even though couldn't speak english.
AWFUL!! The day before I called to be picked up at our hotel @ 3.30 pm. Just to be sure, on my request she repeated the hour: 3.30 pm. On the day of departure @ 3.45 still no one had arrived. When we tried to phon e the olffice, the line was BUSY FOR 20 MINUTES. Only when the hotel tried the emergency number, we had contact. Excuse: "Heavy Traffic" (what else?). The driver arrived @ 4.30 pm, one hour late. He did NOT SPEAK ON WORD ENGLISH. He dropped us off @ Terminal B which proved the wrong terminal. We had to walk 20 MINUTES with our full luggage to the C terminal. WORSE SERVICE EVER
