good value and service
Service was convenient and punctual. However, for departure I found myself wondering if a taxi would have been much less expensive and more flexible as regards time.
Superb. Taxi was a comfortable car in good condition (unlike most Buenos Aires taxis!). Driver arrived early and pointed out the main sights of the city and told us about its history (in Spanish) as we went.

used arrival and departure transfers,after the long flight from uk to buenos aires walking through arrivals and being taken to hotel was great. Departure pick up was on time and would definitely use this viator service again. Easy and great service

Driver was late due to some police control, it happens but they should give a reliable phone number to know what happens, we were nearly to leave with a taxi for the airport
Picked up and returned to airport without any problems.
Transfer was on time and was taken to airport in time.

He arrived early and did not know our last name. We were not in the lobby (half hour early) and could not ask for us at the desk.

for private transfer i guess it was ok,, driver was 5 min. late, car was new.
Contact number didn't answer so had no idea what time we were getting picked up.
They allow 2 hours at airport but you need more to get through immigration comfortably. Driver very pleasant even though couldn't speak english.
We had booked the car for 6 pm pick up - after three phone calls, each one telling us that the car would be there within 10 minutes, the car finally arrived at 7 pm. The car was also cramped and grubby. The driver was very pleasant though but spoke little english.
