A wonderful day and night highly recommend both tours, the city tour gave us an insight into the city and then we were able to explore later as we had an idea of the area. The Tango dinner and Show was wonderful, beautiful restaurant, delicious food and divine show. Highly recommend this tour.
This was good value for money. We enjoyed the tour of the city very much and our guide was super and very informative. The evening at Cafe Angelito's with dinner and a Tango show was just excellent.
Everything was very good apart from the false promise for a tango lesson. still no response from Viator.
The tango show and dinner was fantastic!!! I was disappointed in the tour of Buenos Aires. We were not able to get good pictures. The tour guide was sweet.
We found the tour gave us a very good overview of Santiago. Our guide sloe good english, was very pleasant and we had a wonderful time
City tour good, several photo stop opportunities. Possibly the City Tour bus might be better value for money for a hop on and off tour. Tango show very good, lots of energy. Dinner good as well. Rather cramped in Cafe los Angelitos, but good atmosphere.
The city tour was disappointing. It seemed we mainly stopped at tourist stores and very little history and stories of the city were provided.i'd give that a "2-3."
The tango dinner show was a "5." The dancing was professional and entertaining- just a true pleasure to watch. Dinner was very good.
Enjoyed the tours, both drivers on time, really enjoyed the tango dinner show, great fun.
I am very happy with my experience with Viator, the tango dinner show was excellent very place with it, thank you very much, it was a 5 star rating, the city tour I would like it a little longer and more complet, I give it a 4 star rating, y considered for another time, thank you very much, Veronica,
We enjoyed the day but felt disappointed when we discovered we were not going to see Eva Peron grave. Perhaps we did not understand the wording of the trip description. We didn't think very much of the girl coming on and trying to sell a video and photographs.
Sightseeing tour could have been managed better. We wasted a lot of time in La Boca district, whereas in the important Recoletta district, we just spent 15 mins. driving by and did not stop at all!!! Guide was speaking Spanish most of the time, and very little said in English. Please don't mix tourists speaking different languages in one tour.
City tour was OK. The guide was informative and there are photo ops on the way. The hop on hop off tour is better if you really want to see the city.
Show at Los Angelitos was good, but recommend you choose a show only as the food is not great. Be prepared to tip!
The shuttle for the Tango dinner arrived 15 minutes before my confirmed time and they did NOT wait for us. We had to take (and pay out-of-pocket) a very expensive taxi to get to the show.
Terrible customer service. The whole experience was ruined by this situation. I had use viator before with no issues but after this last experience I am not sure if we want to use it ever again.
First the good news. The Tango show was great as was the food. Our driver arrived on time and was very good ingesting us to the theatre. He was prompt in returning us to the hotel. My recommendation is to do the Tango show only. The bad news: our bus was over an hour late and did not come to the hotel. We had to walk a block to get on the bus. The tour guide was totally uninterested in us or the tour and preferred to talk to the driver. Because the traffic was busy, we spent most of our time sitting in traffic or passing by sights. We only had 2 stops and they were for less than 15 minutes. The worst part was our return. Our tour guide did not want to go back to the hotel, but rather leave us at least 30 minutes walk away. We all protested and finally he dropped us off at an intersection and told us how to get the 6 blocks to our hotel. (Take aright after 2 lights, then left, etc) I felt that he was a very poor representation of the people of Buenos Aires since all our other interactions were great. Too bad he was so uninterested in us that he could not do the job he was paid to do.
