It's a good alternative if you'd like to visit places outside of Buenos Aires. I liked the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception as well as the Museum of Natural Sciences.

I was dis-appointed that we did not do a couple of things that were on my list. For example, my information said we would be taking a tour of the opera house, and that we would go to the observatory also. The tour guide said she was not aware that was on the agenda, so we did not do it. barbara

This trip was okay, but when I requested an English speaking tour, I thought the guide would be a little more fluent. She would first discuss in Spanish what we were seeing, and by the time she got around to broken English, we were often past the landmark and had missed it.
