Really lucky because we were the only passengers to Port Douglas that afternoon. The driver was very friendly and informative. The scenery on the journey alone made it worthwhile.

The driver made me feel guilty for being later than I booked the transfer for. Unfortunately, I'm not in control of the airlines. However, the transfer was fine and I would recommend this company to anybody looking for a transfer.

We flew into a cyclone and our flight was delayed. I rang the transfer number from the flight in Townsville, and they organised everything to be adjusted for the delay. Great customer service.

The flight into Cairns was one and a half hour late, but the driver was there waiting for us. The vehicle was new and super clean. The driver gave us a warm Queensland welcome, he was always polite and courteous.
