Cairns Airport Departure Transfer

Departure Point:Cairns, Northern Beaches, Palm Cove or Port Douglas hotels
Departure Time: You will be met at your accommodation by the driver between 1 to 2 hours before your scheduled flight time as follows:- Cairns pick ups commence 1 hour for Domestic flights or 1 hour 40 minutes for International flights
- Northern Beaches (Trinity Beach, Palm Cove and Ellis Beach) pick ups commence 1 1/4 hour for Domestic flights or 2 hours for International flights
- Port Douglas pick ups commence every hour from 3:30am to 4:30pm. Time will be arranged to meet your flight, between these operating hours
- Silky Oaks Lodge (Mosman) pick ups commence between 8:00am and 5:00pm. Time will be arranged to meet your flight, between these operating hours
- One-way shared transfer from hotel to airport
- GST (Goods and Services Tax)
- Gratuities (optional)
- Excess luggage charges (where applicable)
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking, unless booking within 5 days of travel. In this case, confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability
- The duration of transfers are approximate. The exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
- Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 2 pieces of luggage under 30kg per passenger. Oversized or excessive luggage will be required to pay an excess of AUD$5 per bag for transfers to Cairns City hotels and AUD$10 per bag for all the other destinations. Excess is payable direct by cash
- Please note shuttle bus cannot accommodate baby capsule seats
