Hotel to airport and airport to hotel transfer was extremely trouble free. I was in Cairns for an exam.
Drivers were friendly and helpful.
Picked us up and got us to airport for early flight 0510 with no problems.
The driver came just at right time, no problem at all even at 3.30 am so we recommend every one to choose for hassle free movement
Bus arrived a few minutes early and we were at the airport in plenty of time.
No issues at all with the service. The person with Airport connection was available as a contact point at the airport. They gave us time to get a snack before dropping us at our hotel. Very professional and efficient.
Friendly Service.. Driver was waiting at airport upon arrival. Transport van was roomy and clean. Return transfer time pick up was 4:00 a.m. driver was on time. We were a group of 3 so having this service was very cost effective and they could accommodate all of our luggage with no problem. Over all Excellent, Excellent. I have previously taken tours through Viator and will keep them in mind for airport transfers in the future. Thanks
Great job! Arrived a bit early, very personable, got us to the airport promptly!
Last minute change to pick up from Freshwater station. Driver there to meet me off train and all very quick and easy.
The bus was waiting when our plane arrived, left within 10 minutes, and we were delivered straight to the resort door. The bus driver was very helpful, carrying our luggage from the bus to the resort door.
I did not have a chance to confirm my reservation when in Cairns, but I received a message at my hotel about the pick-up time of 3:30 am, and they were right on time.
On time arrival to pick up. Plenty of time to get through airport and to gate.
This was the highlight of what I did in Australia over all. BUT if you do this trip I highly recommend you like snorkeling or scuba diving or you are wasting your time. It was super choppy that day but they encouraged everyone to take sea sickness meds and the staff walked around to pass out cool cloths for the back of your neck. Though windy and a bit crappy of a ride out, being outside is best if you get seasickness (fresh air). I feel bad for the staff she probably threw away 6 bags of vomit. I am actually not much of a snorkeler, I get frustrated and my mask fogs up. NOT THIS TIME. I had a pleasant experience. I do recommend the lycra suits for $7--I saw (and touched) three jelly fish-very tiny, looked like bumbles but because I had the suit I didn't get stung. I saw amazing huge fish, fish feeding was amazing and sea turtles etc. Also the best part--and another thing I recommend is taking a helicopter in. It will save you time and it is the most amazing views of the reef. This was a splurge, but well worth it. Back in time for happy hour at one of the restaurants near the reef. Go.
The transport to the airport was clean and comfortable, on time, which gave us time for a liesurely check-in and a cup of coffee before our flight.
