The crew were extremely friendly, helpful and aproachable. It was a day filled with laughs and good company. The reefs were spectacular, the scuba instructor was very reassuring and the helicopter guys were very friendly. The entertainment on the way back was hilarious. We are very happy customers

We were able to walk to the pier check in building, so we checked in around 8am. We boarded the boat, and then were off promptly at 8:30am. Crew were nice, and organized. We had a group of 5, including a younger child. During the ride out, we were given our equipment, along with stinger suits/wet suits - extra $. They versed us as to what we needed to know for snorkeling, and those that were diving were in a different group. Safety for all was on their mind the whole time. The snorkeling obviously was the best, and I don't think it matters where you are on the reef, you'll be thrilled at what you see. My husband, and a few others even saw a shark while snorkeling. I will never forget this wonderful part of our trip.
Absolutely fantastic day. I had never snorkelled before but the staff were really helpful and the boat was very well equipped.
The team from Down Under Dive were great! They provided all the necessary info right away and were kind and helpful. Everything went smoothly and the facilities and equipment were top-notch. The crew was friendly and entertaining. Elvis was an especially amusing character to talk with.
Excellent day. Staff were very friendly, fun and helpful. The day was relaxed and really enjoyable. The two reef locations were excellent and the diving was magnificent. Well worth the trip- would absolutely do it again!

Great tour and staff who have lots of time for you. Great singing by Elvis with wine on the way home! Note you have to pay 20 dollars reef tax when your there.
The best experience I had in Cairns and the best value. Changed the day I booked and had no issues with staff or checking in. The food was good and plenty of it. If I had more time I'd have done a second day. Should I ever get back to Cairns this is the first thing I'll book.

Fantastic day out on the reef. The cruise was well run and the staff were really helpful and friendly. On viator you can only opt for 1 certified dive but once you are on the boat you can opt for up to 3 for a little extra cost. Highly recommend this cruise as it's great value and lots of fun.
I had taken two reef trips during my stay in Cairns. This tour was superior in every way: service, facilities, equipment, and dive site. First of all, the staff was all super friendly, helpful, and encouraging. They helped us feel confident on our first dive and kept us well entertained on the trip back to Cairns. I found this tour's dive sites were far better than Green Island's. We were the only boat at the dive site and you could see the difference. The water was clearer and the coral reef was much less disturbed. The lunch buffet was decent and hits the spot after a morning of diving. The afternoon trip back with a glass of wine and live entertainment from Elvis was a nice way to end the day.
One of the best tours ever! Crew was fantastic and helpful and the snorkeling filled me with awe!
