They were wonderful! They were entertaining and always made sure we had what we needed. They also got in the water to teach my daughter how to snorkel. The food was plentiful, the attitudes were fabulous! The Great Bartier Reef was AMAZING! Money well spent for sure! I would recommend this tour to anyone, but especially if you have kids! It is a great family atmosphere!
The trip on the barrier Reef was absolutely excellent. Firstly the boat was the right size and the crew excellent, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. All safety aspects were gone through and the equipment available from sting suits, floatation jackets, fins, masks and snorkels were of good condition. Breakfast was great with unlimited tea/coffee available throughout the trip. A bar was there and the prices were not a ripoff. The lunch was excellent, followed on the way back by fruit, cheese and biscuits finally slices of cake. An excellent glass bottomed boat trip of the reef with a very knowledgeable skipper. The two areas of the reef they took us to, there were only two boats there, so you were very private. There are only two points I would make. More information needs to be given regarding were to park and the costs. The carpark we used we had to pay in coins only and were chaseing round for 10 dollars in coins. Also were you need to go to check-in. We were then told there was an underground carpark which took credit cards. Other than this I would reccomend this trip to anybody. We would certainly use this company again.
Brilliant, was a lovely amount of people and the crew were amazing. bit rocky on the way out but that was compencated by the length of time out. We loved the fact the crew got in the water and assisted the less confident people and took us on tours to see the good stuff. we felt safe and valued throughtout the trip.
The ship was good, but only the tour operator knows why people should arrive one hour before boarding. And then we were still waiting until all the divers had signed the papers. The crew was nice, they served plenty of food for breakfast, lunch and even cake and fruits during the afternoon. Somes guides were good and explaining a lot, some not. The only thing to complain was that the first stop was only worth for divers, while the second was also great for snorkering. If I would only go for a snorkeling trip I would book with another tour operator. There is just one thing to complain. We were in the middle of the stinger season and the guides only recommended stinger suites. Some of them as well as guests went into the water without stinger suits, I found it really irresponsible.

The overall experience of snorkelling, scuba diving and seeing the barrier reef was good and well worth the trip. The instructors were very friendly and patient. However, the term "luxury" is a little misleading as the boat and food, while perfectly adaquate, was nothing special. There were only 30 passengers on the day so it was very comfortable with plenty of room but I imagine it would be very crowded in peak season when the cruise is fully booked.
