It was great going out by helicopter, unfortunately the weather had not been good the night before so the water was not very clear. Glad we did not stay on the island for the whole day as there is not a lot to do unless you spend a lot of time in the water.

Great way to see the inner reef and the island. Return transfer by road just needs a bit clearer instructions because there are many coaches at the terminal

This trip was the highlight of me and my partners time in Cairns. The helicopter flight was unreal. The pilot was friendly and showed us 3 small reefs telling us about them all. Green island is fun, the weather turned a bit bad so we couldn't enjoy it to its full potential but on a fine sunny day it would be a fantastic day! The buffet lunch is alright but nothing I'd rave about. It is basic and is served in an outdoor enclosed area. There is a restaurant there which looked to serve nice food which I would recommend. All in all tho we had a great time and although the weather wasn't perfect we still had a great day.

Well, to kick off I would say the organizers was spot on and extremely fast and effective in all forms. very little hassles and instructions was simple quick and extremely easy to follow. Now lets get to the flight and green Island. The flight was good, but short. and no windows for photography :(

Helicopter trip offered an interesting view of the mountains around Cairns, was a pleasant flight but poorish view of the coral. The glass bottom boat showed dead and dying coral and was general saddening to look at. The buffet food was revolting. All up, we paid about 4x what it was really worth.
