One of our best days during our trip. What an experience and we were treated to a new glass floor in the cable car, 'BRILLIANT'. I would recommend anyone to visit the Culture Village and take a great ride on the cable car returning on the train.

Hello, done the train trip before( good) but we wanted to do skyrail, spectacular scenes especially the last part when youcome out toa wide view ofCairns itself and the airport.
super awesome day trip! : totally loved the skyrail and train up! a lil too long at kuranda though! :)
The aboriginal cultural centre was great fun - lots of audience participation - boomergang throwing etc. The views from the cablecar were stunning but the highlight was the scenic railway - an amazing feat of engineering. There was a mix up about the tickets being issues but it was remedied by the time the pick up bus arrived at the start of the tour. The town was alright if yu like shopping for souvenirs but to my mind was the least interesting part of the trip.
Great trip Worth every cent
Everyone should take this trip, even my wife who doesn't like heights enjoyed it. Orginization was excellent, lots to see and do. The train ride back was also good.
Facinating rail journey, good views across the valley. Cable car above tree canopy gave spectacular views. Plenty of oppurtunity to get close to kangaroos and koalas. Army Duck ride was good fun.

The train ride was the first I had experienced since a kid, it was something to see the sights, then to experience the tram was a great way to end the day
A really fascinating day. Great staff and very slick timing. Everything worked out well, and both the train and the sky cableway were brilliant. We also liked the crocs/ koalas and jumpy things.

The description on the web could have been more detailed. It did include lunch, which I was not aware of. The lunch was great and it was a really fun day!

You get a real feel for the hard work which built the railway. Also, the Skyrail is breathtaking.
