The personalized service was GREAT!!! We had a personal guide pick us up from the airport, help us with our Visa, help us with our luggage, and help us through customs. They took us to our hotel and gave us some tourist information along the hour drive.

It was such a relief to be met inside the airport before going through immigration. Cairo is chaotic and overwhelming when you first arrive so it was great to have someone meet us and make the trip from the plane to hotel nice and easy.

The guide took us to a brief visit of the city on the way to the airport. He showed us monuments and told us the history of Cairo. Very nice transfer.

Our host was awaiting on arrival. He assisted us in obtaining our Visa and going through customs. We were out of the airport in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend their services.

we travelled internally within Egypt and was welcomed by a Viator representative before we collected our luggage from luggage reclaim. He guided us through the airport to our waiting car. In all, we would use Viator services again and would recommend their services to others visiting Cairo.

It's a must esp. for first time visitors. Cairo airport is a mess, unless you want to spend time finding taxis and negotiate i strongly suggest pickup service.

The from and to airport service was excellent - timely, efficient, courteous and highly professional. The service made the notorious ride from the airport to the hotel and back more than bearable. Highly recommend the service to any one visiting Egypt.
