Guide was at Arrivals when we flew into Cairo and whisked us through airport to the waiting vehicle. Very friendly and welcoming and gave us his number in case we needed to get in touch (which I did to adjust time on departure pick up). Excellent service

Very pleased with our airport arrival transfer in Cairo last week. Muhammed was there with my name on a sign and away we went. He was especially helpful in setting up a return trip the next morning which I hadn't had a chance to book online. Overall a pleasant surprise and a service that I would recommend to friends. Glad I stumbled upon the Viator site - looks like they have a lot of options for travel to many cities around the world!

I was met at the airport by my guide, George. He had also escorted my friend that had arrived earlier, so he told me about my friend's arrival and discussed some of the other plans that my friend had made for us during our stay. I could not have asked for a friendlier or better service and will definitely be using Viator again.

Meet after Customs by Osama who was our liaison during the Cairo part of our trip, taken to hotel and waited in lounge while he handled our checkin. Very efficient service

Definitely the way to start your trip in a foreign country where there are language challenges. Amr met us even before we had cleared customs and the remainder of the process went without a hitch. Overall a great experience.

In the disorganized, helter skelter world of Egypt transit, having this link was wonderful. I would reccommend this service to anyone travelling, as this gentleman went above & beyond to assist with all logistics, questions, and transport. He was a wonderful first contact and great asset.

Excellent - we had prebooked airport arrival and departure as well as two other trips for our 4 day stay in Cairo. Was surprised and delighted to be told on arrival that our tour manager and driver were allocated to us for all trips. Tour manager kept in touch throughout to make sure there were no problems and confirm pick up times etc. He also helped with a little difficulty we had with check-in at Egyptair over (their) confusion with our onward flight to Sharm el Sheikh

I must say that I did have a little apprehension whether or not the transfer would be as promised. No need at all! A charming fellow named Ibrahim was holding a sign with our name on it. He was friendly, courteous and very efficient. The drive into Cairo was made the more pleasant with him pointing out sights and generally chatting about Egypt. I enthusastically endose Viatour....and of course Ibrahim.
