Great trip and a great guide! She met us in the lobby of our hotel and quickly sized up our small group. She was personable and informative and MADE the entire tour. Private tour is well worth the price. Sakkara was a bit rushed... ask to start the tour early morning, we started at 9am. Would loved to have gone to Dashur, but did see the Bent and Red pyramids in the distance. Memphis is a bit of a let-down, and was a quick detour. South Sinai was marvelous throughout our entire trip! Highly recommended.

It was a long day do to the traffic in Cairo. Timely pick-up and nice guide. We got a lot of information - also about others than the Pyramids.

Our guide was wonderful - knowledgeable, patient, enthusiastic, helpful, effervescent and a good listener - most unlike many guides from other companies we observed who seemed to have a patter and stuck to it no matter what! Her English was of a high level and we enjoyed her company very much. She answered all our questions directly and we learned much from her - which gave us a good grounding for the rest of our holiday, in Cairo at the museum, and then at Luxor, Aswan and Abu Simbel. We recommend this tour, with this guide and this driver unreservedly. (P.s. the lunch was great too!)
The only anxious moment we had was in advance of the tour when we arrived late at our hotel the day before the tour and didn't know if we would be able to confirm the tour as requested. However a telephone call was all that was needed, even at 10 at night! I think your site needs to make clear that the reconfirmation can be done within the 24 hours before the tour commences.
One other point - the papyrus and carpet shop stops needn't form part of the tour - these could be arranged personally afterwards. We did buy a papyrus but probably we paid more than we should have, especially as afterwards we realised that we weren't given the promised 10 per cent discount on a purchase of over 600 Egyptian pounds!
My trip was fantastic. The tour guide was very helpful and was very understanding towards my request. I travelled with my infant daughter and there was no problem.

The tour was excellent. Our guide picked us up at our hotel, and the rest of the day was taken care of. She was very knowledgeable about all the sites we visited and added a great deal to the experience.

What an amazing way to see the sights, learn the history & to have some inside help on the way. Through the guide's knowledge, we were able to enter the Great Pyramid - we were unaware that you could & then to also find out that numbers are limited, & she was so kind as to look after our 2 year old son, so we could get the full enjoyment. We also have a huge number of great photos of the 3 of us at all locations of the tour as our guide not only took our photos, but she was able to take a fantastic array of photos including those 'must do' shoots.

The tour to the pyramids was very good. The guide was very well informed. The only complaint was the trips to the rug factory etc. these are very bad practices and none of my group appreciated it.

Great guide, really well informed and gave us plenty of time at each site. The car was comfortable and always there on time. Lunch was good. Doing this tour gave us the opportunity to see everything we wanted in one day with no hassle.
