Great way to take quick look for what city has to offer. I loved it.

Viator's process for purchasing the 2-day pass was good. The service in San Francisco was very good. We would use Viator's services again.

The best way to get around and see everything. We took the whole trip to choose the sights we wanted to see. Quick and easy to move from one sight to another while allowing you take your own time at each. The driver was always helpful and informative.

This was a wonderful way to get around San Francisco! Our tour guides were great and really had some interesting facts to share.

This trip is so worth it! It drops you off in all of the places that matter most. The Golden Gate loop took us places we wouldn't have bothered going on our own, having no car to get us there, like the Presidio and Pacific Heights. The tour guides were knowledgeable and funny and full of facts that made this city so much more fun! This was our first time going to San Francisco, and we would definitely go back!

What a great tour! Guides were very informative and went out of their way to get us where we needed to be. We used this as a way to get around SF for two days and loved it! The Golden Gate loop was wonderful, also. It was easy to obtain the tickets and the clerk there gave us additional maps and helped us with other city things not on their tour. What a wonderful way to see a wonderful city!

San Francisco is definitely a city with that WOW factor and the Hop On Hop Off and Golden Gate Loop definitely allowed for it to all be accessed at an affordable rate. We had a blast! We had fun romping the city and the bus was a great finishing touch to make sure nothing went amiss.

We had a very enjoyable time. The driver and guide were fantastic. Not only did they tell us about everything we wanted to know about San Francisco but they also gave us individual attention when we were interested in going to AT&T Park. They gave us good directions on how to get there and told us where they could pick us up again. Well worth the time and money. I would do it again if I get back to San Francisco.

Our trip to San Francisco was wonderful and this tour was absolutely great! The tour guides were very informative and it is convenient to hop on and off at certain destinations throughout the city.
The only thing I would tell future buyers is that your tickets are good for 48 hours. We made the mistake of paying for other transportation the first day instead of using the bus. I would highly recommend this tour to every visitor to SF.
This bus is a good way to get around the city, but it would be great if the bus operated into the night. Overall a good experience and we would use this tour again.

The tour was awesome. It's definitely the way to see the town.

Loved the stop on Vista Point for a great shot of the Golden Gate Bridge. Just wish the guide on our tour did not focus so much on the million dollar cost of homes. I think San Francisco has a richer history than that of exorbitantly priced homes.

Worth doing for the views. Make sure to take a hat or apply suncream. I went on a cloudy day and still managed to get burnt on my head.

A good way to see the city quickly. Following similar tours in New York and European cities, this could have been better organised with bus stop signs showing where pickups were rather than having to guess and hope.
