Great experience both ways. Only problem was on trip to airport folks had 6-7 bags each, was stacked up to the ceiling but I realize you folks do not have any control over that. May want to consider asking how many bags people have so that an additional van may be sent. Great friendly drivers, clean vans on time!

The driver was friendly and good. The person at the departure point was a bit unfriendly. It would have been nicer if he smiled and was cheerful especially since we just came off a long flight.

I have used the shuttle bus many times when visiting New York and because the experience was, shall we say, less than efficient and the driver was not in a good mood or receptive to any change in his drop-off I was so pleasantly surprised to find both drivers in LA outstanding. They were on time and despite my mistake in getting on the wrong coach (I was staying downtown and they were going uptown)they happily laughed all the way there and back, introducing us passengers to one another. My faith has been restored.

Very efficient means of transport. When you pre-book your transport through Viator one will be putting his mind at rest how to get to your hotel or airport.

Taxis are expensive in L.A., and you can't guarantee they will take you the most direct route. This may take a little longer, but the price is locked in.
