Excellent tour; you get to know several interesting places.

San Fran was nice, Sausalito was OK, but Muir Woods was very interesting. I thought these were the giant trees you could drive a car through--they're big enough, but not that big. Still very interesting. Our tour guide was excellent and had more historical info than I expected. Great tour!

Best part of the trip was the redwoods. Would have liked to spend more time there. The city tour was good also. Got to see a lot in short time. Tour guides were great.

It was great!!!!! One of the tour guides was a little rude though. He was the one who did the city tour part of it.

What a good trip! Our only regret is that we wanted longer at the Muir Woods.

This is a great way of getting to see the beauty of San Francisco from different angles: hilltops, woods, even the Golden Gate bridge itself. The Muir Woods and Sausalito tour used a smaller bus, which made the service feel more personalized and less crowded. The San Francisco Deluxe City Tour guide rushed through too much information too quickly, which sent a few people around me to sleep. Overall, though, taking a tour like this requires minimum hassle and gives you a wonderful sense of the place.

Very nice and enjoyable day. Maybe not enough time in Sausalito for lunch. Very informative and interesting guides.

The content was excellent, but we were disappointed that it was two separate trips. We had thought it was a city tour and then a trip over the bridge to Muir Woods. We actually went to Muir Woods in the morning, and we felt we did not have enough time to stroll through and really sit and enjoy the scenery. We then only had a short time in Sausalito, where we were advised to get our lunch. If we had known that we would have time between this tour and the excellent afternoon tour of the city, we would not have spent time looking for lunch, as we could have eaten at the office location before the afternoon tour. We would also have preferred to do the tour the other way round without a return to the office. This was the impression we got when we booked. We could then have had longer at Muir Woods and a snack lunch at that location.

It is certainly a good thing to do, if you are going to be in the city for only a day or two. Probably not if you have lots more time on your hands. Enjoy San Francisco!
