Very detailed tour. The only dislike that could have been changed was the tour guide's voice sounded muffled a lot in the bus. Considering the advantages of avoiding the ticket lines, not having to worry about parking, and lunch and dinner being in the price, it was worth the price. I would recommend this trip. The number on the bus was small enough that everyone seemed to know each other.

This superb guided tour covers the both US and Canadian sides of the falls. You get up close and very wet. It was wonderful.

Was a great tour. We didn't feel rushed at all and we got to see Niagara Falls from almost every angle!

The tour was fabulous and the tour guide was great. My wife and I got to see everything and enjoyed every moment of it. Everything was just on time and meal from the Hilton viewing the falls was fantastic. We were treated as if we were part of the rich and famous. Even though the price is a little higher then the rest of the tours we got our monies worth.

To begin with, the departure time was changed without our knowledge. Driving from Montreal after disembarking from a cruise, we arrived after the tour left. That necessitated an additional overnight stay. We were driven around from point to point and dropped off without benefit of a guide. A large sign at the front of the bus was a blatant gouge for a tip on the price of the total tour. That was insulting. Although the driver did not accompany us throughout any of our stops, she was only too happy to suggest that she join us for dinner. Dinner was very good.
