Arrangements were for scheduled airport bus - main advantage of pre-booking was to obtain advance ticket but could easily have caught and paid on the day.

We had to wait an hour for the bus because traffic was congested downtown was their reason. The price was worth it though.

Functional - driver's not very helpful - could be worthwhile simply using a cab.

Outward trip excellent, driver helpful and considerate. Return not so good had to change coach half way through, as a single traveller moving luggage on and off several times was not too easy. Driver was not as helpful but must admit he was pretty busy with a crowded bus load. Overall OK, saved money but does take time.
