- After exiting doors just after Canada Customs the location will be right in front of you. Hours: 7am - 11pm
- If you miss the first pick up point, once you enter the general greeting area, a kiosk is located just past the Elephant and Castle restaurant. Hours: 7:30am - 12:30am

Q: How long does my Adventure Passport last?
A: Your Adventure Passport is valid for six months as per the following dates. The Summer Pass is valid from 1 May to 31 October. The Winter Pass is valid from 1 November to 30 April. If you are traveling in between seasons, you will receive the new season's Pass.
Q: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same pass?
A: No, each adult traveling will require their own Adventure Passport.
Q: Can children use the discounts available in the Adventure Passport?
A: Yes, most offers are also valid for up to 2 children (0-12yrs) per Pass. Refer to the guide and see each attraction offer for details.
Q: What happens if I lose my Adventure Passport?
A: Unfortunately, an activated Adventure Passport is like cash. It is non-refundable.
Q: How many attractions can I visit in one day?
A: You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once.
All sales are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
