Our baggage was left in Madrid, but the guy from the hotel used by Viator was brilliant, sorted us out with the baggage claim and then put the four of us on a 40-seater coach for the trip to our hotel. Would definitely use again.

We were unsure as to whether everything would be straight-forward, as we have never booked ahead for a taxi before. However, we need not have worried, our taxi cab was beautiful and extremely clean and our driver was most helpful and courteous. I will definitely book this most excellent service again.

Even though we arrived late after having to report our luggage stolen, we were able to connect with someone who transfered us to our hotel.

Driver was there as advertised and got us to the hotel quickly. A bit expensive compared to just jumping in a taxi, but taxi's are thin on the ground when your luggage gets delayed and there are no flights coming in past experience.

Taxi was good with air conditioning but the taxi driver didn't know how to get to our accommodation and kept stopping to ask the way! She was also a terrible driver and we all felt quite sick by the time we arrived.

The transfer was calculated at one hour and 15 minutes. Our driver decided to attempt the world record. Never again.
