Based solely upon the Viator name and the price, this RT transfer gets five stars. But this RT transfer isn't exactly how it is described on Viator's website.
Viator says - "skip those long airport lines and head straight to your greater Cancun area hotel!" and "you will be met at the airport and be taken directly to your hotel.." Well, moments after I exited the airport, I did manage to find a Best Day (Viator) rep who spoke no English but since I understood Spanish, could understand that I had to go to another location about a hundred yards away to stand in line and speak to another Best Day rep. After my voucher was accepted, I had to stand in another line to get a shuttle. Lucky for me, I was the last person to actually reach my hotel. So what Viator doesnt say is that voucher holders are lined up with other people and then transported to their hotels and certainly not directly.
When I handed the driver $5, he sort of acted like he was expecting more! The next morning, I had to meet with another Best Day rep at my hotel and he was more than 10 minutes late. Moreover his "discounts" on Chitzen Itza tours were actually much higher ($17 more) than what I ended up paying.
To top it off, on my return trip to the airport, the shuttle was late although I was the first to board. Again, although I had a different driver, he was sort of expecting more than $50,000 Pesos!
Despite all my complaints, I might take Viator mainly because I trust the name. But Best Day wasn't exactly up to my expectations.

If this is your first time and you want the convenience of not having to struggle to find transportationm this is defenitely the way to go.

They would have gotten five stars from me except the driver taking us back to the airport was talking on his phone the whole time (which I found rather annoying). I know - petty, petty! They were ready for us at the airport when we arrived. We only had to wait a short time before we were heading to our resort. And we were picked up on time on the return trip. All the important items were right on!

I am satisfied. Good advice before the trip. I knew how to act in the airport. I had trouble with the transport back to airport. I supposed I had to call you to verify the transport back. But the girls in phone talked quickly with high voice. Did not went well. Luckily somebody came to my hotel, ok.

Our transfer transfer to and from Playa del Carmen was reasonably efficient and went without problems. Vehicles and drivers were very good.

Transfers were well done. Our plane was delayed but we still had someone waiting when we arrived. The only down side to the experience was having to meet with a representative the following day in order to get the vouchers for the return trip. With other companies that was done over the phone which was preferable.

Reliable, inexpensive and convinient. However, I was told I had to meet the representative at my hotel the day I arrived at 6pm to pick up my return voucher and that is very inconvenient. Additionally, the person did not show up. Otherwise, fine.

Our travel in Cancun was great no hassle in Airport transfers. As soon as we arrived the staff greeted us for pick up for our hotel. It was smooth sailing from there up to our roundtrip return to the airport. I would recommend Viator for any tours as well. 4.5
