Great day trip. Since we were staying in Isla Mujeres, I made arraingments from the tour company to be picked up/dropped off at the ferry, which was no problem at all.
The bus was comfortable with a washroom on board.
Swimming in the Cenote was awesome, with very nice and new changerooms/washrooms.
From there we went to a craft market(which in my opinion we could have skipped) everything that is sold here is also being sold on the grounds of Chicken Itza for cheaper prices.
Buffet lunch was very good, with good variety.
Chichen Itza was stunning, numerous ruins to see. Our tour guide was with us for approx 45 mins. explaining the different ruins, then we had approx. 1 1/2 hours of free time to wander around the grounds.
Even though the day was long, it was a fabulous trip.

Might be the best tour in Cancun. The Guide was really knowledgeable and had a good sense of humour.

Our guide Antonio was great. We appreciated the in depth information he gave us about the Mayans. We chose you over other companies because the others turned the Mayan people into some exotic "other", which gave us the creeps. Fortunately your trip was much more sensitive in its treatment of the Mayans.

We didn't know for sure whether we would be swimming in a cenote -- your materials were vague about that. We would recommend that your information be clearer. Fortunately we brought our swimwear and we DID get to swim in one. It was a highlight of our trip!

The tour was excellent. The tour guides were very friendly and fun, learned a lot about the Mayan culture and enjoy the trip. The food included in the tour was very delicious, in short, a great experience. No doubt can take this tour and leave truly satisfied.

When I emailed to confirm my hotel pickup to the tour bus, the tour operator replied within ten minutes! The morning of, I was picked up right on time at 7 o'clock from my downtown hotel to the Hotel Zone. I waited there until 8:15, enjoying an inexpensive breakfast of bacon, eggs, and toast. After dividing into Spanish and English-speaking buses, we were off. Our tour guide, Ruben, was very pleasant and gave a good bus tour while also providing time to relax.

You should know that the lunch stop also doubles as a time to stop to buy souvenirs, and I imagine the tour company gets a percentage of purchases. If you don't like that sort of thing, rent your own car, but I knew I was tired at the end of a wonderful day at a cenote and touring Chichen Itza. I would definitely recommend this tour.

It was a wonderful experience. We were picked up on time in Riviera Maya and taken to the booking office. After a bit of a delay and wait, we were joined with others in our bus and took off for the wonderful experience of the Keyote in the Yucatan. It was mysitcal, history explained by out guide. Beautiful scenery.. Unfortunately cur trip was cut short by 15 min as we waiting along roadside enroute for a family who were late for the bus. But still worth thte experience. Wish we had longer, not enough time to take a swim!
Next stop was the Mayan village for lunch and shopping. Nice items on display. We were lucky to see an elder woodworking, so we purchased directly from him, our local artist. A nice flavorful buffet lunch accompanied by talented local mayan dancers. A nice treat! Next was off to Chichen Itza to see the pyramid and the holy grounds. They will filled with locals hawking their wares, maybe a little touristy, but our guide was educated in the history of the area and the tombs and was very informative. Plenty of vendors to haggle with and buy local wares from carvings, to pottery, to blankets to silver and stonework. A nice peaceful ride back.As we were staying in Riviera Maya, a shuttle met the bus giving us a much needed shorter tripback to the hotel. A full packed day, a lot of history and Maya culture. A very good trip. I would recommend it. Well worth the trip.Pleasant dirvers and educated guides.

A must see if you are in Cancun! The tour guides provided great information and added to the memorable experience of the trip. The tour guides offer great insight to the culture and history of the Mayan people. The lunch included with the tour was excellent, the food was delicious! My only recommendation is to order beer or an alcoholic beverage with your meal to get the best value with your meal.

We have very excellent organisedthis trip. The bus at time pick me at my hotel. We have two guides, who very interestingly present to us chichen itza. In Chichen itza thay took a lot of time to explain many details. The lunch included in the trip was also very well organised, and on the nice location. I will recomend this trip to everyone who visit Mexico

Remember to bring your swimsuit too because they will drive you to a cave before going to chichen itza. Also, wait until chichen itza to buy souvenirs because they have much cheaper prices and you can bargain!
