Amazing. I love horseback riding. The horses were pretty small though so it felt more like a pony. The beach we went to was great as well and swimming with the horses was awesome because we got to ride bareback. Would do it again.

The trip itself was enjoyable, and I would recommend horseback riding in Cancun. Unfortunately, the information given about pickup points was incorrect, and the cafe we were meant to meet outside of has not existed for over two years. I think Viator needs to update the confirmation schedule and also the website. Also, despite confirming the trip, the ranch had no details of my booking, and over half an hour was wasted making a series of phone calls to rectify this problem. Stressful to say the least!!!!

Very friendly guides. Beautiful trail and beach. Beautiful horses. We loved it! Food at the end of the tour needs improvement and variety, but the tour is definitely worth doing anyway.

My kids enjoyed it and it was a first for my husband. The horses are tame and tour guides are pleasant.

Viator's online information was inadequate. It did not indicate that this was a totally walking ride, no galloping or even any trotting at all. My girlfriend and I both used to own horses, so this was totally boring! Moreover, the ranch operators grouped beginners, intermediate and advanced riders together into a huge unwieldy group of over 50 riders. As a result, it took until 10:00am to get everyone saddled up to even start the ride.
In addition, Viator's online information did not specify that we should bring swim suits along so that we can swim with our horses in the ocean. The rest of the group booked through a hotel and were apparently properly briefed in this regard. So we sat by in our long pants normal riding attire while everyone else swam with their horses. It was a very disappointing experience at any price - a total ripoff!!
Additionally, as our product detail page states participants wanting to swim will have to wear their swim suits under their clothes, as there is no place to change.
