Why Our Insiders Chose This Tour
A visit to a family-friendly park with offbeat, high-energy activities like driving an amphibious vehicle, ziplining and cave rafting. Hotel pickup and drop-off and an included buffet lunch make it a hassle-free day.
What You Can Expect
Two separate ziplining courses provide equally thrilling experiences. Zip through the treetops on some of the highest ziplines in the Riviera Maya, and capture spectacular aerial views of the park. At one course, soar almost 150 feet (30 meters) high, and then plunge 26 feet (8 meters) underground, speeding through caves and grottoes. The other circuit ends with you splashing down into a deep natural sinkhole.
Take a drive through the lush jungle on an amphibious vehicle, and discover the hidden areas of the park. Explore the grottoes from your vehicle, drive over hanging bridges and learn about the local fauna. There are two separate circuits, each about 3 miles (5 km) long.
Or, climb aboard a raft and check out the subterranean world at your own pace. Using your hands as paddles, admire the grottoes and stalactites up-close as you travel through the caves. You'll also be able to jump off and go for a refreshing swim through the cave channels.
Dry off and freshen up in the park’s dressing rooms or relax on one of its hammocks, and when it’s time to eat, make your way to the restaurant and tuck into an international buffet lunch featuring fresh, healthy food.
After satisfying your adventurous spirit at Xplor, you’ll be transported back to your Cancun hotel.
Had a blast on the ziplining, it was the highlight of the entire trip. The food was good. The exit point for the rafts however smelled pungently of urine, which I suppose you could expect in a theme park boasting 5000 daily guests. I guess that's the downside of having natural running streams, and the inability to chlorinate the water?
Amazing caves and so much fun!
Trip was good!!! Food was great!!! Things You will need... Water shoes, water proof camera and swim attire... Other than that everthing was provided....
A must visit! Don't miss out.
Was worth every dollar. Even my girlfriend said it was the highlight of her trip and our trip included everything from dolphin swim to xel-ha and myan pyramids
We had a fabulous experience at Xplor. What a well designed and well run adventure, in the middle of the Mayan jungle, no less. Worth the money!
We went to Xplore on July 14th and had a fantastic time. Zip lining first thing is the way to go as the lines get longer throughout the day. By saving the water activities for the heat of the day, you are best able to cool off. Be prepared for a lot of walking, but the trails are beautiful and well worth the walk. Swimming in the lava tubes was one of the favorite activities, though some in our group would say the zip lines and others would say the amphibious vehicles. The river rafting takes lots of upper body strength as you only have paddles on your hands and aren't far enough down to the water to be very effective, so it was probably the least favorite, but still enjoyable. The staff was incredible and the buffet was great! This is an activity we would enjoy doing again and again!
This adventure is awesome!!! We really enjoyed the zip lining and the ATV circuits, we have done that twice, then the river rafting too.
Food are good and satisfying, beverages are great. Xplor staff are friendly and helpful. It just takes an hour and 10 minutes from our hotel in Cancun to the XPLOR park.
Enjoyed very much the whole days spent @ XPLOR...and might do it again next time.
My friend and I spent the entire day at Xplor and tried all the activities offered. We did zipline for the first time and loved it; in fact, we loved it so much that we did the entire zipline course twice. The buffet included in the package was good; not a lot of variety with the food but sufficient to fill you up before you continue your day of adventures!
Nothing like this in the states. We only managed to do both circuits of zip lines and cars. They were very conscientious about security and safety. Buffet was good lots of choices.
