Yucatan Adventure: Snorkel, Zipline and Tulum Ruins Tour
Next, rappel down into the Takbelum cenote. This large pool of fresh water, located in an underground cave, is home to many different rock formations. Snorkel around the water with your guide and get an up-close look at some of the impressive stalagmites and stalactites.
Then, get ready to zipline through the jungle treetops of Yucatan! After a brief overview and safety instruction, glide through the lush treetops of the jungle. Admire stunning views of the scenery below you and keep an eye out for native birds and wildlife. After an exhilarating zipline ride, you’ll get to pedal across the treetops on a Skycycle, an inverted bike suspended from a cable high up in the trees. See the beautiful Yucatan landscape below as you make your way through the jungle.
Lastly, enjoy a thrilling ride on an Avatar, a high-adrenaline roller coaster zipline. Wind your way through twists and turns at high speeds before splashing into a cenote!

We had a great day full of fun and adventure. The ruins tour/guide, Efi, was very knowledgeable and friendly. Our driver Rene was extremely accommodating. And our guides/hosts at Hidden World, George and Emilio, were the best! We couldn't have asked for better hosts and a better day.

What a great adventure tour! It was much better than described even. Hidden Worlds is the original primitive version of an adventure park... providing activities that would be beyond the abilities of some people, and uninsurable in the U.S. Loved the swimming and snorkeling into unlit caverns with just a flashlight! Loved the super fast roller coaster style zipline with the tarp and chicken wire "waterslide" into the cave. Loved the enthusiastic tour guides who lived for your screams and smiles, and literally ran from one platform to the next to be there for your landing. Would have liked to spend more time exploring the ruins at Tulum, but also enjoyed the one hour history lesson from our personal tour guide (it was just the two of us while everyone else there was in big groups), a former history professor who shared Mayan facts while moving from one shade tree to the next. Rene, our driver was very patient and careful and dedicated to improving his English. Not a tour for people who don't take chances or worry a lot. Perfect for people who seek the road less traveled and run laughing down it.
