We decided to book onto this trip as we have used Viator before and they've always been fabulous. Our guide, Ralph was incredible!!! So much knowledge and experience, he really did make our day. We loved Eze the most out of the two destinations! What an incredible place!!! We would 100 recommend this tour to anybody visiting Cannes or Nice. Thank you.
The trip was beautiful and our tour guide Antonio was very friendly and informative! We had a good space of privacy as a family since the trip is limited to 8 person only. Views were spectacular. The highlight of the tour was the medieval village Eze . Narrow roads , quite nature and of course the perfumery visit! The sweet about the perfume factory is that it's fast and enlightening . Don't rush into buying many products though!
We are a family of 5: 2 adults, 3 kids ages 7, 10, 12. Every one enjoyed the tour immensely, our guide was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating, the group was small only 3 more in addition to us, and there was lots of time for us to be alone and explore - which we truly enjoy - although we would have liked to have a bit more time to explore Eze - such a little jewel of a place. I am very glad we signed up and would not hesitate to take another tour. Truly a trip to remember
Fabulous tour. All I expected and more. Victor was very informative.
We really enjoyed our trip from Cannes through Nice, Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. Our guide was knowledgable and personable. She was also an excellent driver on very challenging roadways! The weather was perfect and the scenery was spectacular. We were picked up and dropped off, minutes from our front door and it was an excellent way to see more of the French Riviera, while we were staying in Cannes.
Excellent tour. Only 3 of us in a van with such personal service, and the trip was beautiful!
The day could not have been more prefect from the weather to our driver, what a wonderful man he was like family as he drove us around and explained every fine detail of the trip and what our day would consist of. He and Viator deserves 6 stars....
A great trip and a fun way to see the area from Cannes without a car. The tour took us to some interesting places in Eze. It was very crowded, but that is France in July
My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide Michael was so informative and we learned so much from him; you could really tell that he loves teaching others and truly enjoys what he does! This is a great way to see Monaco, Monte Carlo, and Eze in a nice relaxing way.
Our guide, Rolf was amazing: so informed, so gracious, so hospitable. We loved every second of this day long trip. It also included tours of Antibes and Nice as well as the hills and a waterfall along the Cote d'Azur. Spectacular views and breath-taking scenery.
This was a wonderful day with our fantastic guide Sylvia. Eze was a real highlight of our time in Southern France. It is so interesting and charming. Monaco/Monte Carlo were amazing as well. We were given plenty of time to explore on our own, and Sylvia stopped at a couple of fantastic spots to take photos from high above the sea.
Excellent tour, and Michael knew the answer to everything. It was a pleasant and enjoyable tour - - even our younger children loved it. Would definitely recommend this tour to friends.
A truly wonderful experience...so pleased I booked. Eze was charming, loved the visit to Fragonard Perfume which was fascinating. Then onto to beautiful Monaco, a tour of the cathedral where Princess Grace is buried. A lovely lunch with Sanaa, followed by the Pink Palace and stunning views across the principality. Finally, onto Monaco for a spot of people/luxury car watching whilst sipping coffee outside the casino...all in all sheer bliss! Jonathan was terrific...very knowledgeable and charming. Loved the small group (max 8). Will definitely book future tours with Viatour!
We booked this excursion to maximize the short amount of time we had to spend in Cote d'Azur. We were extremely happy with the tour and especially with our guide Andreas. Andreas made our visit to the south of France very special even though the weather did not cooperate. We enjoyed our small group day trip so much that we booked a private 4 hour tour the next day with Andreas which included our return to the Nice airport. Highly recommend booking online with Viator!
You cant go to Cannes without taking advantage of going to Monaco the sea sight amazing
As an admittedly well travelled person who has taken many many tours,I have to say that this was one of the best I've ever taken. Relaxed and informal, aided by the excellent Tomasz(hope I have the spelling right),both driver and tour guide from Belorussia who is studying in Nice, this tour was a joy to behold.
We witnessed great scenery, visited marvellous places and had great fun and rapport with just a small group of eight. We even got to do our James Bond number in Monte Carlo casino in our 'inappropriate' attire as there is no dress code before evening. I'm only sorry that I didn't order a Dry Martini, shaken not stirred at the bar. But I will next time. Highly recommended tour.
Awesome trip! I highly recommend it. Our driver stopped and allowed us to take pictures of some of the best views of the French Riviera. The perfume tour in Eze was interesting and fun. Have lunch in Monaco and tour the town. There is something for everyone to see and do. Visit the Park, Museum, Cathedral, Palace, shop, etc. See the Casino in Monte Carlo.
This tour was perfect to our needs. You get to see a little bit of each part. We really enjoyed the little town of Eze, and though Monte Carlo was short, we were ready to get back to our hotel by the end of the day. Our tour guide, Sandrin, was great. She was extremely knowledgeable and very nice.
This day trip is excellent. There were four of us in my group and another party of three joined us in Nice. The natural scenery from Nice to Eze was awesome. Our tour guide "Regis" was great. He knew quite a bit of history which painted an interesting backdrop as we travelled to Eze, Monaco and Monte Carlo. Eze was our favourite stop. We wish we could have spent more time there at the castle to explore all the petite shops and sit in the Hotel restaurant that had a magnificient view of the Riviera. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed the tour and cannot help but mention our tour guide Regis again. He was extremely friendly and gave a good mix of history and social news that kept us on the edge - excellent! Definitely worth the value.
We had an amazing experience on this excursion. Our guide, Marie, was incredible and she really made an extra effort to give us history behind the cities we visited. This day was one of the highlights of our trip.
Our guide Sarafin was amazing, we had both English and Spanish speaking participants on the tour and she managed it beautifully! Her stories and insights really kept us engaged and taught us much about the history of the places we were touring. Eze is a quaint and beautiful little mid evil village that is so worth seeing, I wish we could have spent more time there. We were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the perfumery tour as well, it was interesting, and fun.... unexpected. The only reason that I am not giving this tour 5 stars is that Monaco and Monte Carlo were disappointing, very touristy, the palace looks run down inside, it reminded me of Las Vegas. I recommend this tour primarily for the visit to Eze.
Great tour and way to see highlights of the French Riveria in a day with a fantastic tour guide. I would definitely recommend doing the full day not the half – even then you still would have liked more time to explore the places. Eze is beautiful – and someplace that would probably be quite difficult to get to without an organised tour and Monaco is very special.
My only reason for not giving it 5 stars was I booked the trip from Cannes, I didn’t expect to have to go to Nice to pick up others and the traffic was very bad both collecting them and dropping them off adding an extra hour to an already busy day.
Beautiful sites to see and very interesting. Only problem for me was the 4 hour minivan trip back to cannes in high volume traffic and the rain. I get carsick. Returning at rush hour is not a great idea. Otherwise, a very nice tour.
