I had no problems with this transfer. They were waiting for me as I arrived helped with the bags and brought the car to us. I would recommend this service.

All the arrangements worked like clock work. The transfers were excellent from the airport and later back again. The tours were excellent.and Cape Town was just beautiful. A most enjoyable 3nights and 2 days. I heartily recommend the services provided by Viator.

The driver was 20 minutes early picking me up, but didn't want to tell me for fear that I would be rushed. This was a private transfer from the hotel to the airport in a luxury SUV, and it was pure bliss.

The driver was at the airport to pick me up when I arrived and was passionate about his city giving me his personal tour as we passed landmarks on the way to my Hotel.

Transfer came on time at 5am. Unfortunately, as I was waiting for the reception people (not aware that they go off work at 12am) to inform me at my service apartment, the driver could not contact me until I came down). NB: Concierge at another Cape Town hotel could reach me without mishap.
