It was very nice to get out in the countryside and experience something a little different than the city of Paris.

We had a beautiful spring day, although it was still rather cold. The trip through Epernay and the vineyards was beautiful even though there are not any grapes growing at this time of the year. The guide was great! Enthusiastic and alert for the full 12 hours of the tour. The visits to the champagne houses were interesting and the champagne was especially good in the house of Vadin Platue. Lunch was good and transport was comfortable. Well worth doing, it is amazing that just 1 hour of travel from Paris takes you to such a completely different place.

Our lady driver was great, and we felt very safe in her hands, as driving in France can get a bit crazy. She was very informative in sharing her knowledge of the area. It was a very long day, and because the van was so comfortable, we ended up sleeping on the way back. The two cellars we went to were really worth the trip. We had a great lunch in the City of Reims. I'd throughly recommend this trip.

This was a very enjoyable day. The tour leader supplied great commentary, not just on the Champagne Region, but also Paris and France in general.

Once I realized that May 1 was a big holiday and most Paris attractions would be closed, I started looking for something else I could do. I was attracted by the tour itself as well as the size of the minivan tour and the fact that I would be picked up and dropped off. Everything went beautifully. Our tour director/driver was wonderful--very knowledgeable, friendly. Loved visiting Reims Cathedral as well as the champagne houses. I especially liked the tour at Mumm.

The Chateau was boring. We needed to spend more time at champagne houses. Lunch was great!
