Excellent trip - really informative. The guide was excellent and her English was very good.
Would have been better if Viator had offered us all 3 levels of tour which dictated what tasting session you enjoyed at the end of the tour.
This was a very good tour they gave us plenty of time and lots of information please note it is cool in the vaults, there was children on our tour about 10/12 they where looked after and seem to enjoy the experience
Great - superbly organised
Eye for detail
Loved getting options of which champagne to try
Lots of information - didn't rush you
Some of the other big Champagne houses should take a leaf out of their book! This is an amazing tour and would recommend to anyone
Great time - very informative indeed and a lovely tasting session :-) We will be back again in August to stock up !
Had a great time doing this tour. Spend a few extra dollars and taste the good stuff at the end of the tour. Very informative and tasty.
Fantastic experience. Vincent at Mumms was a great host and we had a fantastic time.
Very interesting and informative tour. We chose the Grand Cru tour and tasting and were pleasantly surprised to receive two full glasses of different champagnes to try. We would have like a little more time to look around the museum but overall and excellent experience.
We really enjoyed our tour. It was very relaxed and informal, with about 10 on the tour. Well worth the money. We would recommend it.
It was everything we had hoped for and more. The tour was amazing!
Did the grand Cruz tour, highly recommended! Lovely tour guide, very informative and entertaining! Grand Cruz tastings were also well worth it.
The champagne cellar tour and tasting were a lot of fun. Make sure you email GH Mumm beforehand and schedule a time for the tour with them. On the Viator website it just states "Visits from 9am to 12am and from 2pm to 6pm" so we showed up at 11am and found out they had scheduled our tour for 2pm. Thank goodness they didn't schedule us before 11am or we would have missed it! Also, the tour (in English) and tasting take about an hour. It was really cool to see the production process, the Grand Cru tasting we got at the end was delicious and you can't beat the price. Definitely recommend!
