our flight was delayed 2 and 1/2 hourf from shanghai due to storms, our driver "kevin"arrived within 10 minutes of landing 230am , great english,very helpful,, at hotel came inside to ensure everything was in order.he also gave us his mobile number for us to ring anytime we had any problem or needed help in chengdu
