As a hotel transfer service this tour was excellent and worth the extra money (over and above a local taxi) for anyone visiting Chiang Mai for the first time.

Excellent. We booked a shared transfer and got our own private van. This happened at all the stops in Thailand we booked with Viator. Excellent! The staff was always on time and very friendly. They always gave us a welcome to Thailand packet with a whole bunch of useful information and contacts.

I arrived late at night, 11:30pm. The taxi driver was already waiting for me with a name badge. I booked a shared transfer but I enjoyed the minibus on my own. The transfer to my hotel in the center of Chiang Mai was very quick (15 minutes). The taxi driver also had an information for me about my pick-up time for the tour on the next day.

they were great at meeting us. The signed us up for a tour next day. Met the next day and could tell would do anything for us but we felt it was to expensive for the 3 of us. We could take a taxi for 3/4 less money.
