Picked up for the airport in good time. The rep was friendly and took us to the booking desk and waited with us till we booked in. Would use again.

They turned up to pick us up, but had we not checked or had the dramas upon our arrival, I doubt whether they would have come to pick us up to go the airport, which would have been a bit of concern considering we had an early morning flight.
