prompt and friendly service and only took about 40 minutes to get to my hotel
Except for the initial inconvenience in the meet up with the shuttle driver there are no visible signs in O'Hare, everything was very convenient up to the doorsteps of our hotel. The driver was friendly and helpful with our luggage. I took the same shuttle for O'Hare airport, and maintain the same comments. Highly recommended for airport hotel transfers. I will definitely share this with friends.
The service was good but it was a bit difficult to identify the vans as the name "Viator" does not appear on the vehicles.
Good experience
My only difficulty was finding the ticket counter as I was looking for the name Viator. This needs to be made more clear on the website and printed voucher. I asked at the transfer company desk, and they explained it and honored my prepaid voucher. The ride to the hotel went smoothly and professionally. I did not have to wait at all. Would do it again when staying at a downtown Chicago hotel. Next time I know which counter to look for. It was very convenient.
Very good service - quick, simple and efficient. I only needed the transfer from ORD to hotel in downtown Chicago and this was second time I used this service. Cheaper than a cab if you don't mind sharing and you're not in a great rush.
Even though i called and on confirmation email it said that voucher could be shown thru a smart phone they did't accepted it. I had to request the hotel concierge to enter my email and print it. Also a little mor informaton on where to get pick up would be ideal. Nobody knows where the suttles were. lost 45 minutes looking for where was my confirmation.
It was OK. The driver got a little lost.
The service to the hotel was very good with a great driver once the shuttle arrived. I was advised the shuttle ran every 10-15 minutes, but had to wait nearly 30 minutes. There were others there that had been waiting even longer.
The trip was good and convenient for a late evening arrival. Driver was very friendly. However, the service at the desk left a bit to be desired. Basically just a go out there and wait. Would recommend this for an arrival late at night, if you have a lot of luggage or are going to an out of the way hotel.
