Somewhat difficult to locate the kiosk at the airport, but once located smooth ride to my hotel.

It was easy to find the place to get the shuttle and as I arrived late I was sure to have a transfer downtown.

The service was good but it was a bit difficult to identify the vans as the name "Viator" does not appear on the vehicles.

Even though i called and on confirmation email it said that voucher could be shown thru a smart phone they did't accepted it. I had to request the hotel concierge to enter my email and print it. Also a little mor informaton on where to get pick up would be ideal. Nobody knows where the suttles were. lost 45 minutes looking for where was my confirmation.
