Excellent service, and I was very impressed that I was able to track the vehicle's progress on my cell phone before the van driver picked us up!

Airport Express Cust Serv terrible. Twice promised to send confirming email about pickup arrangements but never did. Found out van arrives every hour at hotel and driver doesn't really have your info. Great driver, though. Funny, efficient, got to Midway quickly with no hassles.
Driver was prompt and very nice. Got me to the airport in good time, avoiding traffic. However, one star off for having smoked in the van right before pickup! It reeked and all of the passengers were upset at this because it was advertised as non-smoking. Not sure I would use this service again because I reeked of smoke the rest of the day while flying home!
This was more work than needed. Should have simply called Go Airport Express. Had to call them three times anyway per your instructions. Wrong number given too. . Then, they doubted that two tickets were purchased. Twenty four hours after, a text was sent to me asking, We are waiting for you.
Through my persistence my party made it to the airport. This service was poor, difficult and unpleasant. Tell Go Airport Express to pull into the hotel, not stop on the street. I will use them again from airport, but from a hotel, a private driver will do the same at my time at same price. Hope this helps. But this was a bad experience.
My experience on departure from Hotel was horrible. I called 24 hours in advance and was told I would be picked up at 0400 hours on Saturday. I then received a call back and the agent said he lost my ID number needed to schedule the return I gave him that. He confirmed the trip to the airport. On Saturday Morning I was not picked up at 0400 hours. I called the phone number given to me and a lady answered. She said she did not have a pick up for me. She said one would be there shortly. Twenty minutes later no van. I called back and someone hung up the phone. Finally a van came that was scheduled to go to OHara. I was going to Midway. This driver was concerned and he called dispatch. The lady that answered said all the vans were out and asked him if he could take me Of course he could not as he was going to O'Hara.
She said she did not have a van scheduled to come to my Hotel but she would see if another van could take a detour. Finally at 0500 hours, a van came to pick me up. To say the least this was totally unacceptable.
