On time and excellent friendly service.
prompt and friendly service and took me right to the proper terminal and airline. Only 35 minutes from hotel to airport.
Airport Express Cust Serv terrible. Twice promised to send confirming email about pickup arrangements but never did. Found out van arrives every hour at hotel and driver doesn't really have your info. Great driver, though. Funny, efficient, got to Midway quickly with no hassles.
