Really good value transportation. Only gripe is that it took me a while to find the base for the shuttle bus at the airport.

The transport from and back to the airport was just fine. The coaches were clean, the drivers courteous and pleasant, and everything was right on time. Can't expect more, didn't expect less. I would use this service again.

i had a wonderful trip to chicago for the ryder cup. i booked 'go' shuttle airport service i only waited 5 minutes for the bus when i arrived , on my return to the airport the bus was a few minutes early which was a nice surprise. the drivers were both courteous and friendly, will definitely use this service again.

Easy to use. Great service. Extremely convenient. They are located right at the airport at a number of different terminals. They come around every 10 -15 minutes. They just happened to come by right when we walked out of the airport. Easy return transfer. I just called them with my information and talked to a PERSON who arranged our pickup time at our hotel. Driver was on time and courteous. Nice driving, nothing crazy (I have had those experiences before, eek). I would recommend them. Only positive things to say.

Go Express shuttles from Midway were easy to find and made my trip into the city a breeze. They also arrived on time and got me back to the airport with no trouble when I returned home.

Finding the van was a bit problematic insofar as the signage was not Viator but Go and we had three people give us the wrong directions before we asked someone who knew what we were looking for.
