Very speedy transfers on time and efficient even for my very early 3.45 am departure pick up.
have used this method of transport on several occasions and found the service to be very reliable. it was easy to find at the airport. the bus was about 30 minutes late on the return pick up from the hotel but you have to give them time to get through the busy traffic. have highly recommended this service to others

Pic up at ohare airport was not good, I waited at the correct spot for almost 1 hour before I got picked up. The Airport Express shuttle passed by frequently and none stopped, When I finally got picked up I had to get off the bus and go inside a different terminal to change my tour paperwork for my roundtrip tickets, wasteing more time, The desk at the terminal was manned but the person said he was closed and could not do the exchange??? Made no sense. The druver going and returning niether were freindly nor very intereted in doing a good job. With that said, the shuttle works ok, it does get you to your hotel The return trip was on time and much more efficent. I would use this service again and would recommend it, just don't be in a hurry when you arrive at the airport.
This was the most convenient way to get from the airport to downtown and the most reasonably priced as well. It was a very easy process, both at the hotel and at the airport. The only confusing part was having to present the voucher at the counter rather than to the driver. I would absolutely do this again if traveling to Chicago.
Cheaper than a taxi and on-time as scheduled.
No complaints. Everything happened just the way it was supposed to. Drivers were prompt and courteous. Will definitely do it again when I am in Chicago.
