Arrived before time, chatted and was interested in my trip, gave airport information and clearly indicated which terminal each flight left from. FANTASTIC!

This was the most convenient way to get from the airport to downtown and the most reasonably priced as well. It was a very easy process, both at the hotel and at the airport. The only confusing part was having to present the voucher at the counter rather than to the driver. I would absolutely do this again if traveling to Chicago.

No complaints. Everything happened just the way it was supposed to. Drivers were prompt and courteous. Will definitely do it again when I am in Chicago.
