The trip was absolutely worth taking. However, make sure that you have good weather and that your trolley can make it around the loop without breaking down.

Definitely worth doing! We saw more sites than we ever would have otherwise. Lots of inside information was given by the tour guides. You can get off anywhere and eat or shop than catch the next trolley when you're ready. It's better than driving your vehicle.

The guides were very knowledgeable and the 2-hour tour was very thorough. I couldn't think of a better way to familiarize yourself with Chicago in a shorter amount of time.

The bus runs till 6:30 p.m., but the cut off time for getting on the bus is 5:00 p.m.! I'd rather pay a little more and have it run for longer. There simply isn't enough time to stop and enjoy more than two or three attractions.

We were part of the unhappy crowd who waited awhile - bus after bus came and took 4 or 5 people out of the 40 or so who were waiting at the pier and other places. We were able to do less sightseeing than we had intended because we spent our time in line. Even with the lack of room, agents continued to sell tickets. I recommend that you keep track of the number of hop on hop off tickets you sell and either add trolleys or stop sales after you have reached capacity. What a waste of time and money.
