This tour was very good. We were able to see a lot of the main sites of Chicago. The tour buses ran very often, so we didn't have to wait in the blustering cold for a long time. We used the tour buses for two days consecutively to get around Chicago. All the guides we had were very knowledgeable and had a deep love for there city. That plus a sense of humor made each time we were on the bus a different experience. Next time I'm in Chicago I would definitely use them again.

I have to say that the three or four times that I boarded a city tour bus, the drivers/tour guides were absolutely excellent. They were entertaining, informative and above all, quite patient. Worst part were the rude tourists talking so loud the drivers could not be heard.

We had a great tour guide Dustyn. He had so much information on the city of Chicago it amazed us. I don't know how an person can go to Chicago and even know where to start. This is the best way to start your vacation to learn what everything is and jump off whenever you want. Wonderful tour!!!

Easy to use...very informative. We took the entire tour before we decided where to get off. I would suggest this to first time visitors to chicago. The guides were funny and well trained, courteous.

perfect stop locations and I loved that I was able to take the double decker or the trolley, some companys you can only take the bus. all the staff were really friendly and very helpful.

The Hop on Hop off tour was excellent!!! We were a little confused at first because we were not sure where to get our tickets or who to give our vouchers to. We walked around a bit confused for awhile, but once we got our tickets we had a great experience for the rest of the day and night. The trolley operators and tour guides were very informative and helpful. we were able to see more of Chicago then we would have experienced otherwise. Thank you for your service.

Had a fabulous time in Chicago, loved the Hop on Hop off tour, but would go in the warmer weather next time, very cold on top of bus.
Loved the food, thought the city was clean and people very friendly.

I loved Chicago! Had a great time. If I win the lottery, I'm moving there. Well during the spring, summer and fall anyway. I absolutely loved all the landscaping and the things to do. The history, the people, the culture, THE FOOD,were wonderful. I would rate more than 5 stars!
