I would think it could be better to have pass to Sears building instead of Hancock Tower.

Buying the citypass online was the smartest thing we could do. We got right in at the museums, planetarium, and aquarium. We never waited in any lines! A great deal when you're sightseeing!

The pass worked well for our group of four and was worth the price even though we did not use it for the Adler Planetarium, as we did not have time.

The Chicago City Pass allowed us to avoid the long lines of people waiting to buy tickets. It was definitely a saving over individual admission tickets. A person could spend an entire day at either the Field Museum or Museum of Science and Industry. However, at both of these museums there were exhibits that were not covered by the price of admission, but cost extra. There were nice exhibits, but should have been included in the admission price. This is more of an issue with the museum pricing policy than the City Pass.

It was great.

The museums were great. The only negative was the line at the Shedd Aquarium was so long, even pre-purchasing our City Pass from Viator. There was only one person processing the line. That was a better ratio, however, than the people waiting to purchase their tickets there. Next time we take a group, we will go to the Field Museum first and process our vouchers and then choose our museum. The problem wasn't the voucher, just the service. I would do Viator again and recommend it to friends.

The CityPass was the best discount we received. We saw five major attractions. I have been telling all my friends to look for a CityPass wherever they go.

Good value. You have to plan since you only get one shot at each place.
