We really enjoyed this dinner cruise. The staff was very attentive and the food was excellent. The views from the observation deck were great too. We would recommend this cruise.
excellent cruise and good food.- the sunny weather obviously helped a lot too.
first we got transferred to the dinner cruise from the lunch cruise. was easy to do and very friendly. tickets and seats ready when we arrived. fantastic. service started right away. put a glass down, staff filled it right away. wow. because the table next to the window was empty, they moved us there. Great Move. Excellent customer relationship. Service made me feel as if I were a president. they always checked if we needed something, removed dishes once we finished that course. always smiling and friendly. now about the food.
hated it, i mean i hated to stop eating it. The best meal I have EVER had. My friends find I am a food expert. It was heavenly. the crew on my cruise should be given pats on the back. although they would more than likely want a raise instead.:) Thank you very much. dave and edith jones
Great food and service. The firework display was spectacular. Well worth taking this cruise.
The staff was wonderful and they made you feel very special. Something I will always remember.
We had a wonderful time onboard, the staff was very helpful and friendly, the food was excellent. We enjoyed the views of the city and the fireworks topped off the evening.
I would recommend this cruise to anyone!
Staff were excellent and views were fantastic!
Food was great, music was lovely, staff and service was wonderful. Truly a flawless experience.
We enjoyed the Chicago Dinner Cruise! People cordiality was really good. We also ask for changing places in the dinning room and we got it easily. Food was not so good but it was eatable. The rest of the experiencia was magical. Thanks!
My husband and I had a wonderful evening on the Odyssey Dinner Cruise. They were very well organized and gave us excellent service. Our plated dinner was very good, and we especially enjoyed dancing to music that we could actually dance to. The views of the Chicago shoreline from our windows and the observation deck were spectacular! It was a very memorable evening for us!
This was an anniversary celebration, a real special occation. We were treated like royalty from the very start and all the way through. It was a lovely evening and watching the sunset over the skyline was memorable. The reason I am not rating this with five stars is that the food was good but not outstanding.
Friendly and helpful crew, great meal and service. Very enjoyable
Average food but a good opportunity to see Chicago from the Lake by night.
My wife and I went on this cruise for our 23 wedding anniversary. We had a good time but the only thing that irked me was when we signed up using the online Viator ( which is booking through a third party) the information on line said that all dinner and drinks and tips were INCLUSIVE. Meaning that you would not expect to pay for drinks and considering the cost of the cruise I was ok with that. However, this is wrong, all you get a free champagne cocktail. That' s it period. I made mention to the hostess who was real nice and pleasant about that and she made arrangements for us to have a free drink on the house. They were more than accommodating and understanding but beware that the online statement is NOT correct. The food was OK. Not bad. The deserts were average at best. My opinion is that it was fun to do one time with your sweetie, but its not something we would do again. We can cross this off the list of things we have done.
The view was spectacular, the music was great. My only complaint was that upon booking you don't get a chance to pick where you were sitting (we were not near a window), and the food wasn't the greatest. All in all, it was a great time!
The food and service were very good, although the cheesecake was a little frozen. When we did our cruise in the evening in late April it was very cold outside on the deck at sunset.
totally overpriced. mediocre food and outdated wine list which resulted in a higher price charged than noted. couldn't sit up on top to enjoy the night scene as the seats were all wet. cheesy dj music. the appetizer and steak entree were "extra" even though the tickets were $170 each. the boat itself was beautiful and the service was ok but not worth the price. We expected much more and could have spent a lot less money on a 5star dinner elsewhere
We were extremely disappointed with this evening! I had informed Viator that it was our 30, yes 30th Anniversary and yet not one thing was done to make it special for us, and yet the couple next to us who was celebrating one year had rose petals and special attention! Our server was terrible. We waited 15 minutes before seeing her, took forever to come back with water, at one point she took my husbands wine glass with wine still in it, and then brought it back 3 minutes later, "Oh sorry, I see there is still stuff in there"! What the heck is that? So unprofessional, and unacceptable! We spent almost 300.00 for this dinner, and when we wanted the filet, they upcharges us another 20 each! It's steak, not gold! Extremely disappointed, we should have went to the Signature Room!
