I booked this trip for myself and four other friends -we are between 50 - 70 yrs old. None of us had ever been on a Segway before and were a little nervous. We had an absolute blast and what a fun way to see the city ! Staff was so welcoming and helpful ( I got lost on my way to the tour location and they stayed on the phone giving me- literally- step by step directions!) Being a Safety and Risk Supervisor, I was impressed with their attention and commitment to safe operations. Our guide Meadows was patient and knowledgable making the tour fun and comfortable for everyone. We all had such a good time and talked about it so much after that the other 12 ladies in our travel group were sorry they didn't take the tour too!! I enjoyed it so much my husband and I will be taking the tour with this company again in San Fransisco next month. I highly recommend this tour-Fun, Fun, Fun.
Great tour with Amy who was wonderful and friendly. The segways are easy to operate and I'm 64. Great value and fun. I love Chicago. Also do the Chicago Greeter tour with a free guide. Ask for Bob.

If you have never been on a Segway before, this is the number 1 tour to do. Totally different perspective than the tour we did on a bus, and unbelievable FUN! My wife was quite nervous to even attempt this tour, but it turned out to be the highlight of our family holiday. Anyone can ride a segway, if my wife can do it, so can you. Very informative tour guides provide fantastic information all throughout the tour, and make this a not to miss tour of Chicago
Guide was awesome. Learned to ride in no time. Fun, interesting and beautiful. Well worth it!!

This was absolutely brilliant! By far the best way to see Chicago. The segways are ridiculously fun to ride and the tour guide was really knowledgeable and the whole thing was paced really well. There are great photo opportunities, especially when you go up to the planetarium. I cannot recommend this tour enough. DO IT!!
It was a blast! We saw a lot of the city in a short amount of time. The segways were easy to learn how to use, after awhile we were flying around runners. They stop halfway through the tour to let you get a Chicago dog and drink, so bring some money.
