We missed the trip due to a late train. They were nice enough to refund our prepayment.

Absolutely fantastic! The buffet was delicious, our waitor was very attentive, the entertainment was both fun and professional, and we enjoyed the deck up top. The view of the city all lit up topped the night off as an over-all wonderful experience. Can't wait to do it again!

A wonderful way to spend an evening in Chicago. Go on a Saturday evening to see the fireworks over the city.

A spectactular way to see the Chicago skyline over sunset/evening. Dinner average - buffet style and entertainment also ordinary - not that we saw much as it was very pleasant on top of the boat. We did a Thursday night which was about half the price of a Friday or Sat night - this may also have been the reason we were on the lowest deck. Not a patch on the equivalent New Yok cruise, but still worthwhile doing.

The cruise was excellent. It was fun and we had the opportunity to take beautiful pictures of the Chicago skyline and more.
The only thing that I would improve is the food. It was average.
Otherwise a great time!

The staff was very courteous and accomodating. It was a very nice atmosphere and a very nice evening out for us. The water was a little choppy that evening which made the boat rock more than it typically would. This is not a ding against the company, they have no control over that. I'm merely pointing it out because It made it difficult to balance when standing.
Overall we had a great time. We would absolutely do it again. The skyline is beautiful at night.

The cruise was disappointing in that it should have been an hour in 1 direction and back, not back and forth from planatarium to pier. The food was mediocore except for the salad and fish. Service excellent and music and fun but could be upgraded with an actual cruise, not going back and forth 3 times and never leaving navy pier view.Beautiful city
