Q: How long does my Go Chicago Card last?
A: Your Go Chicago Card is valid for the number of calendar days that you choose at the time of purchase (1, 2, 3, 5 or 7 days) These days are consecutive calendar days - so if you buy a 3 day card and you use in on Monday, it will be good on that day as well as on Tuesday and Wednesday.


Q: If I'm traveling with a friend, can we use the same card?
A: No, the Go Chicago Card is only valid for one person. If you would like to share your Chicago experience with a friend, you will each need to have your own Go Chicago Card.


Q: What happens if I lose my Go Chicago Card?
A: Unfortunately, an activated Go Chicago Card is like cash. It is non-refundable.


Q: How many attractions can I visit in one day?
A: You may visit as many attractions as you like in one day, but you are limited to visiting each attraction only once per day.


Q: How does my Go Chicago Card get activated?
A: Your Go Chicago Card will become activated the first time you use it.


Q: Can you mail my Go Chicago Card to me?
A: No, you must pick up your Go Chicago Card at one of the locations listed on your voucher.
