At the top of John Hancock, There is a great panoramic view over Michigan lake.

Not the latest Info available at Viator.com . No longer headphones ( which we paid for ) but multimediacdentres available for all visitors

unfortunally the line even w the voucher was really long... i almost waited 1 h to go on top of the deck. idk, why there were just using 1 elevator, but it took forever... the view over chicago was amazing, but i also recommend the 'sky deck' at the willis tower.
