We had a great time on this tour. We were celebrating my granddaughter's 10th birthday with a girl's weekend in Chicago. She loved the tour on Lake Michigan the best. My 2 daughters and I liked both tours. The tour guide was informative and friendly. I would advise this tour to anyone visiting Chicago.
Everything was great! We had the Girls' Rule boat with docent Grace who was terrific...extremely knowledgable and articulate and funny! My 8 year old granddaughter thought it was particularly special that the captain and first mate were also ladies. We would definitely do this again! Liz
This was a FANTASTIC trip! Grace was amazing, the boat was great, we learned a lot.
The Seadog is great and the staff if superb.
Our Seadog boat trip was great. The guide was very informative and entertaining.
Our younger son, who would not have had the patience for or the interest in the regular Architecture Foundation river tour, loved this tour - as did we. Our guide was very good - young, enthusiastic and knowledgeable - and was great with the guests. This tour is the right balance of excitement and information.
This was awesome. The crew were great, the narrator was knowledgeable and the speedboat bit was awesome. I would highly recommend this to anyone
We had a wonderful time with a fun guide called Brian. Well worth the money
Wow, this was amazing. The tour guide was excellent - very knowledgeable and informative, never a dull moment throughout the tour.
Once the tour turned into the speedboat part the guides on board took your photo using your camera which I have never known before and was a great thing for them to do.
Excellent value for money.
The tour was superb! Our guide Jake was very knowledgable and entertaining. His stories made the tour very enjoyable. The history behind the architectural evaolution of the city is very interesting. My husband and I loved the speed boat tour on the lake.
We had a young guy caled Jake (I think) who was our guide and boy was he good. Not your usual please look on your left anf that is the Willis Tower.. he really knew his stuff and was able to answer any question asked by the passengers. And he was extremely interesting and the short speedboat ride at the end finished off the tour in an exciting way. I would highly recommend this trip. Just note that there are lots of tours that leave from the Navy Pier... go to the Pier itself and this tour leave from directly opposite the ferris wheel... it was not clear enough on the voucher... Enjoy......
Awesome!! Jake the tour guide was wonderful. Would recommend for all visiting Chicago!
This was such a good tour! We had Jaime as our tour guide and he did a fantastic job combining personality and knowledge of the city. Even if you have lived in the city for years I highly recommend this to everyone!
We had a great experience on the boat.
Our tour guide was really good at explaining things and making the tour interesting.
He even took pictures for us….that was very nice.
He was upbeat and friendly with everyone.
We booked the Lake Michigan and Chicago River Architecture Cruise by Speedboat and were not disappointed. It was great fun, very interesting and value for money. Jake was our tour guide for the trip. He was funny and knowledgable. Wear something warm as it can be very cold on the Lake! Another trip we would recommend is the Untouchable's Bus Tour.
The boat trip into the centre of the city on the Chicago River was superb, but the speedboat trip onto Lake Michigan was excellent--we enjoyed the whole day at Navy Pier.
Great time for anyone visiting Chicago! Maybe even for those that live in Chicago.
