This is very convoluted. Call 12 hrs before to confirm (extremely long wait) and then call again on arrival. Had difficulty on arrival making call from one mobile, when given car number had to go and look for car. It's just a very long winded process to get a car - compared to getting car in Singapore!

It was a problem to meet the transfer. The obligation to call the operator 48 hours before was a PROBLEM because we were travelling from place to place and sometimes with no time to call. It was really bad and the same happened in San Francisco Transfer. I would recomend you not to waste your time with transfers like that in the USA. It's a waste of time. Take a taxi that is the same price and you dont have to wait. In EUROPE the drivers wairt for you with youname,. I USA you have to run to get what you pay. Get away from it.

It was a nightmare to get through to the agent when I landed at Chicago airport. I was on hold for 20-30 minutes to inform them I had arrived, would have been easier to get a cab outside the airport. Actual taxi company hired to collect me was nice and comfortable, but not this agency .
