Great trip. Great Service and two great drivers - arriving and departing. We would certainly book with the company again!!
The private transfer which I had previously booked for the trip from Chicago airport to downtown city centre was great and the driver was very pleasant.
Would I use this facilty again, yes definately.
Driver was on time as directed and a simple transfer to the airport in a great motor vehicle.
Great service. Called company upon my arrival at the airport as per my instructions and the driver was there within 5-10 minutes.
Driver was extremely courteous. But the vehicle assigned (a stretch limo) while fancy did not have enough space for the luggage.
After 3 flights and 30 hours in transit and being our first night in the US, having a car waiting for you was a comfort. The only downside was that you need to contact the company upon arrival to have a car allocated. Armed only with an Australian mobile (cell) phone and no change for a public phone, and being very tired the process was a little stressful. We very soon after acquired a US cell phone for $25 which included $10 credit, so the other transfers we had booked were much easier.
Same as depature !! it was here he told us about the tip price !!
Not clear about reconfirmation before arrival. Had to scramble to call car again after arrival
We arrived on an AA flight from Canada at terminal 5. When I phoned I was told to go to 3D not knowing that we were in terminal 5 I quickly found out that we now had to go from Terminal 5 to 3 which took longer than the 10 minutes when the driver was to pick us up. When we finally found 3D we waited for about 10 minutes and when the driver arrived he said he had been waiting for us at another 3D. We pointed out that where we were standing was also 3D. He was not pleased and actually left a message on our phone stating his displeasure. If he had let us explain the mix up things would have been better. I would have assumed if you had our flight number it would have shown that we were an international flight and not domestic and it would have said what terminal we were to arrive at.
So i would suggest that you also ask for the terminal that people are arriving at when you collect the information about arrivals and departures, especially at O'Hare.
This is very convoluted. Call 12 hrs before to confirm (extremely long wait) and then call again on arrival. Had difficulty on arrival making call from one mobile, when given car number had to go and look for car. It's just a very long winded process to get a car - compared to getting car in Singapore!

It was a problem to meet the transfer. The obligation to call the operator 48 hours before was a PROBLEM because we were travelling from place to place and sometimes with no time to call. It was really bad and the same happened in San Francisco Transfer. I would recomend you not to waste your time with transfers like that in the USA. It's a waste of time. Take a taxi that is the same price and you dont have to wait. In EUROPE the drivers wairt for you with youname,. I USA you have to run to get what you pay. Get away from it.
