Great and un-rushed, would probably recommend the city card for the best deal if your here more than 2 days.
This was a fantastic experience, right from entering the elevator until you walk out onto the Skydeck. The staff were great. The gift shop had a great variety. The views around Chicago were sensational. I'm not scared of heights but looking down on the traffic from 108 storeys up, is quite a thrill. Don't miss it.
I expected my visit to be a good one, but it was even better. It was excellent. So exciting! Cant wait to come back to Chicago and visit again soon ! Thanks for everything
The tower has changed the flow of people so buying ahead doesn't save as much time as one would hope. Try to go early or late in the day if you don't want to spend 2-3 hours in line. Still a must see for Chicagoans and tourists.
Geez! We were there in the afternoon and there was a long line. The Viator pass let us bypass the long line after security so that was great.
Well worth a visit. We got there mid morning and had no problem with waiting but by noon the wait time must have been a couple of hours. We were there on a holiday so don't know if this is typical. We decided on the audio tour which was great for identifying the various buildings and landmarks. The views were spectatcular. There is one ledge exclusively for the Skydeck photographer and we got a picture of the 6 of us together that was fantastic (she even got our disabled son to look into the camera and a smile from grandma who is terrified of heights). There is a bit of overkill with gift shops, one right at the top and another straight off the elevator and then yet another as you leave. We got a cheaper price with Viator and it was easy to exchange the voucher for tickets on the day.
Everyone should go to the Willis. However with viator vouches we still had to go through ticket line which saved no time and missed Sr. citizen rate. Second time they acted like they had never seen a Viator voucher.
The skydeck was awesome! The customer service rep I talked to was very helpful and made getting reservations for the skydeck at Willis Tower very easy.
the tour was great but there was no reason to buy a voucher prior to going. We had to wait in the same line as those purchasing tickets to exchange the voucher.
