Overall a really nice day for my group. Having the Willis Tower viewing area to ourselves was a highlight. Both the trolley tour and the architecture cruise were loaded with good information. The guide from Shoreline cruises was especially knowledgable and passionate. I would recommend to others.
It was a great experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago.
LOVED the VIP Tour. Deck - Awesome! Trolley City Tour, our guide Reggie was amazing! River cruise fun!
Great tours! River cruise very informative! The rain didn't stop us from having fun! The trolley tour was fun! Willis Tower was on an extremely cloudy morning, but they gave us rain checks and the evening trip back was awesome!
Great Tour and well organised. A little more explanation as to where to show voucher and get ticket for the River Cruise would be advantageous AND THE TIME OF OUR TOUR WAS OUT BY ONE HOUR. wE MANAGED TO GET ON AEARLIER BOAT, ONLY JUST. BUT OTHERWOSEW OULD HAVE HAD ATWO HOUR WAIT WITH THE nAVY pIER BASICALLY CLOSED FOR CONSTRUCTION. ttHIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN POINTED OUT IN ADVANCE.
I would recommend this tour to everyone who looks for an "all-inclusive highlights" of Chicago.
This VIP tour was outstanding. Having the Ledge to myself without the crowds was great and the tour guides who led the trolley tour and Chicago River tour were entertaining and knowledgeable.
This trip was amazing. Especially our boat tour guide. He had a remarkable amount of detail all memorized. I wish we coudl get a print out of his talk so we could remember the informaiton.
Loved and totally would recommend the early access to Willis Tower, no lines and we had the whole floor to just the 8 of us!!! The Trolley tour was great with a lot of information. Lunch at Navy pier was also very nice. The River cruise was the highlight and only way to see the city!! Staff was very on point and knowledgable.
We enjoyed tour very much. Only comment would be that it was not clear where we were to meet our trolley for the 2nd leg of our tour. There are pick ups on 3 corners of the same intersection near the Willis Tower. We asked at one and they walked us over to another who looked at our tickets and said we were in correct place. But I saw trolley on 3rd corner and walked over to see and it had sign in window that we were told to look for. We would have missed our tour! In fact another group did catch the wrong tour so we got a private tour which worked out great but I would have been very upset if we did not get on correct trolley and missed part of what we paid for as each trolley/bus was going to different places. Please clarify your directions so this does not happen to anyone else.
Good tour I would suggest not dropping people at the far end of pier for boat tour. Also having people at stops to let you know where to go would help.
I would have given you a 5 rating but we were left at Navy Pier without a clue that one of your trolleys would not bring us back to the beginning of the day at Willis Tower.
Well organised and informative. A must for a first time visitor to Chicago.

The trolley ride and river cruise were amazing!!The guide on the river boat was the best tour guide I have ever had!! We did have an issue with the VIP Skydeck though. An email saying to come earlier and then there was no one there to greet us. We only got 5 min up top before more people arrived

It was a great way to see Chicago when you're there for a limited time. Very disorganized at the beginning of the tour as we were told the General admission entrance to Sears Tower so got limited time up the top. Traditional trolley was cool and river cruise was lovely.
the tour wasn't informative and coordination was not good. I expect more from a tour like this.
Too much trouble with the elevators to come up. Upstaira we were in the clouds the first 30 minutes. The view was very good. More Chicago information should have been nice.
the boat part of the tour without standing was outstanding except for the heat there is no shelter from the Sun but the guy really knew his stuff the trolleytwo blocks away on the wrong sidewe were at least 20 m to catch the trolley when we hadn't even had time to walk around the four corne it was a
