A fantastic experience by a skilled pilot, who knew the landscape around to assist with any queries we had. Go to Christchurch, put money in the economy and enjoy the ride - a real bucket list opportunity.
We were pick up on time, the tour was amazing. Everybody should do this in their lifetime.
After a false start with some terrible rain and we were rescheduled for the next day. A very early start and very exciting in the dark. Getting the balloon ready was fascinating and the pilot great. He was really informative and a lot fun.
Once up it was brilliant and the highlight of our trip. Despite usually suffering a bit of vertigo I was in heaven. Loved it. Great views and the sunrise special. We had an exciting trip and our first landing on a slope was loads of fun. Our second was more successful and really interesting. We helped to deflate the balloon and pack it away before heading back. It was the trip highlight.

The highlight of our trip. It had adventure and participation, the pilots handled this particular situation beautifully. We love the photo that we were able to purchase. This made our 30th anniversary very memorable.
This was an exciting and 'hands-on' experience with breathtaking views and tranquil moments which are unique to ballooning. The pilot was highly skilled and able to rotate the balloon to enable all passengers to enjoy the views. Despite being slightly under the optimum number of passengers, he was still able to deftly manipulate and land the balloon.
A bit of an early start but a pleasant way to get a panoramic view of Christchurch's plains.
Great experience, good company and service.
This was OK. The downside to it was the fact that the balloon was packed - there were 24 passengers in the basket and it was impossible to move around. Location was nice and crew friendly, but too crowded.
